Hi! I’m Elisabeth Barclay, MA Ed, BSN, RN, PEL-CSN — a certified school nurse since 1996 with 30 years of experience supporting students, families, and fellow school nurses.
I’m the founder of The School Nurse LLC and creator of educational resources, CE opportunities, newsletters, and online communities designed to provide practical support for school nurses across the country.
My goal is simple: help school nurses feel more confident, supported, organized, and less alone in their role through realistic, practical guidance that works in real-world school settings.
